37th Annual Three Flags Classic Tour 2012
August 31, 2012 - September 3rd, 2012

START:Best Western Airport Inn
7144 Gateway Blvd. East
El Paso, Texas 79915
915-779-7700 for USA riders
866-887-6407 for Canadian riders
These are the direct lines to the hotel. For the best rate mention 2012 Three Flags Classic. When you call, first ask whether you are actually talking to the front desk at the Best Western Airport Inn. The El Paso folks are the only ones with access to the deal that we struck with the hotel. If they are handing more than two calls at the same time your call rolls to Best Western's remote central reservation number. If that happens, hang up and call back in a few minutes.

For Mail-in only two entries per envelope, one entry per person. This is a way to "pair" yourself with a riding buddy so that the two of you are both drawn together. For Online entries, if you wish to be paired with another rider for the purpose of being drawn together, in the comments section of the application list the name of the other rider and note "paired riding partner"

ENTRY DEADLINE
All entries must be received by SCMA no later than 5 PM, March 26, 2012. Incomplete entries (that is, an incompletely filled-in entry form and/or no fee) are ineligible to receive a riding ticket and will be returned to entrants on March 27. If SCMA receives an incomplete entry, then as a courtesy to the entrant, SCMA will make a reasonable attempt to notify the entrant of his/her incomplete entry status using the contact information the entrant has provided SCMA. All entrants are urged to perfect incomplete entries at their earliest possible convenience for the sake of the volunteers managing the entry process. Providing a completed entry to SCMA is the sole responsibility of the entrant.

The first 150 entrants will receive "reserved status" providing that IF the entry was initially incomplete, the entrant subsequently perfects the entry by 5 PM on March 26. Reserved status means a riding ticket is guaranteed and the entrant will not be entered into the drawing for riding tickets . The 150th entry was processed by SCMA in the early morning hours of January 17th. This means that all other entries received by SCMA from the mid-morning of January 17 until 5 PM March 26, 2012 will be entered into the drawing. The drawing will occur at high noon on April 1 at the Harley Davidson dealer on Orangethorpe Blvd. in Fullerton, California. Entrants need not be present to be drawn.

Entries not drawn, returned or otherwise are not assigned a riding ticket will be refunded the $275 entry fee.
